- The Hot electronic line of the Ministry of Transport and Road Administration offers you an opportunity to address to the management of the Ministry with the complaints on corruption facts related to the Ministry’s workers.
- The electronic reference will be processed in case of the complete description of the corruption facts, specifying the involved employees, for what they applied or apply, for what services.
- After the electronic reference will be checked up, we guarantee complete confidentiality of your personal data and handed information.
- The persons, which promised, have offered or have passed values or the services are released from the criminal liability, if they were choused or if the person has admitted it by themself, not realizing, that the organs of criminal prosecution know about the crime (item 4 clause 325 Criminal Code).
- Organ, which will check the reference have the right to check up truthfulness of the information and to ask the additional information.
- Result of check of your reference you will receive an electronic version at your electronic address specified in the letter.
- In a case if you wish to save anonymity, the handed information will be checked up without the notice of the sender about results.
- In a case if you have no the electronic address, but want to find out information about the check results, we advise to send by mail the application in written form.
If the information, which you want to pass or to find out does not concern to the facts of corruption, you have opportunity to pass it to the electronic address or to place in a heading "Question — Answer".
